| Title: Automation QA Lead Location: Cincinnati, OH, C2C, 100% Remote, (EST and CST time zone only) Exp level: 10 years+ ( Long-term contract) Must Have: Selenium, Java, SQL ,TestNG, JUnit, Maven, API Testing, RestAssured, EndtoEnd Testing. Seeking a QA Lead to join our team. This contract-to-hire position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time flex/remote consultants. Requirements Familiar with the Agile Methodology Demonstrated hands-on experience with restAssured/Selenium automation concepts and tools and web service testing concepts Proficiency in using SQL for back-end database validation during testing Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain good relationships with the project team, promoting effective collaboration Proficiency in participating in Root Cause Analysis sessions to identify and address underlying issues Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with various types of testing, including smoke, white box, black box, integration, end-to-end, regression, and system testing In-depth knowledge and experience in executing test scripts to validate the correct functionality of applications Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining functional automation test scripts using modular frameworks and industry best practices Typical Duties Develop and maintain functional automation test scripts utilizing modular frameworks and best practices Execute test scripts to validate correct functionality of application Use SQL for back-end database validation Perform various types of testing including smoke, white box, black box, integration, end-to-end, regression, and system testing as needed Participate in requirement & design review sessions; evaluate requirements & design docs from a quality test automation standpoint Manage test coverage based on risk analysis Document defects and evaluate priority of defect based on overall application functionality Coordinate test script reviews with stakeholders as appropriate Adhere to requirement review, defect writing & test script writing guidelines Ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget and quality constraints Participate in Root Cause Analysis sessions Ensure that projects follow prescribed software development life cycle standards Develop and maintain good relationships with project team Multi-task to meet assignment deadlines Accurately estimate work assignments Identify obstacles and roadblocks; and offer suggestions to work around obstacles Help drive and improve QA process within the team you are assigned Keywords: quality analyst golang Ohio |
