Primary Skills: Agile Methodology, Scrum Master Job Description: Responsible for providing visibility of delivery across all the streams across Distribution and Logistics, giving clarity to the priority of work, roadblocks, and current state. As well as having the ability to identify dependencies, risks, and working with the appropriate stakeholders to pull together a mitigation plan to reduce the impact where possible. You are also an agile practice leader for the group, using your experience and expertise in Agile delivery to assess current process. Understand the current state of our delivery and whether our throughput is able to meet business demands or if we need to invest in areas to expand our pipeline. Using data - you will build the story, removing as much subjectivity as possible, and providing guidance for data-informed decision making. Be very familiar and comfortable with the push and pull of working with Product Managers. Applying an empathetic lens to understand their requirements, negotiating a suitably scoped outcome and prioritizing the work in accordingly. Manage the delivery of D&L support work as well as internal initiatives Report on project delivery metrics and provide current state and insights Provide status updates on project pipeline Set expectations with stakeholders across the business and technology org Guide a mentor a team in Agile delivery Collaborate with the leadership team to highlight areas for improvement and understand existing constraints Collaborate with Technical Leads of streams to effectively manage scope and delivery expectations Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify and summarize data Experience collaborating with Product Managers / Owners for delivery of project initiatives Experience coordinating delivery across a multi-functional team Self-starter able to work autonomously once youve grasped the objectives Commitment to learn, especially on technical details of technologies At least 5 years of Scrum Master or Project Manager focusing Keywords: Washington http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=522297&uid= |
