Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list JOB TITLE : Power Curve Consultant LOCATION: Remote Duration:12+ Months Description Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only): Strong English communication and interpersonal skills 1-3 years of experience in a Cloud Platform Support role Industry Certification in MS Power a plus Nice to have skills: Experience in Agile methodology Experience in applying OCR, NLP, AI/ML, etc. capabilities to enhance business process and performance Experience in other RPA solutions (UiPath) Experience in working in Financial Services Detailed Job Description: Provide Triage support in the event of users reporting automation failures. Ability to diagnose and address automation issues based on severity levels. Report, track and address automation issues in ServiceNow as part of incident management. Deploy new versions of updated software and enhanced automations in alignment with clients release strategy across all environments. Initiate and approve access requests and user provisioning. Manage change management process for production deployments (provide review/signoffs). Own daily RFB (Ready for Business) checkouts and send notifications to BU Tech teams. Review upcoming changes/release notes for business impacts. Documents and maintains the process and procedures. Support Automation CoE in ensuring periodic health checks and utilize established escalation paths across the platform and Application support teams. Manage inventory by updating information on developed automations, reviewing the catalog to identify impacts on automations resulting from changes to underlying source systems, changing the status of retired automations. Interface with other L3 support teams for platform escalations. Maintain and manage persona-based training content.
