| Job Title : Lead Solutions Analyst Visa: No H1B, OPT MOI: Skype Rate: $60/hr c2c Location: Remote Client : UNDER ARMOUR Candidates MUST have hands-on working experience specifically with Manhattan Active Omni. Under Armour uses this system to do many things like inventory management, manage seller channels, manage payments, customer communications etc Job details : Responsibilities: Spearhead design, implementation, and support of order management systems, including Manhattan Active Omni and Store Fulfillment Integrate order management solutions into broader systems like SAP FMS and ecommerce platforms Partner with retail, ecommerce, and wholesale divisions to align solutions with business goals Proactively identify and execute improvements, utilizing industry knowledge and business processes Translate technical solutions into clear, non-technical communication for diverse audiences Lead order management process design for large cross-functional projects Collaborate with support teams and enhance overall system performance Foster collaboration with functional counterparts to optimize communication and outcomes Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills for consumer, technical, and business challenges Effective communication, conveying technical concepts in business terms Hands-on experience with ERP, OMS, retail, or ecommerce platforms Proficiency in Manhattan Active Omni or similar OMS preferred Familiarity with SAP AFS/FMS advantageous Proven global team experience preferred Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple responsibilities Self-starter, proactive, capable of independent work Customer-centric with strong service mindset Effective team player and individual contributor Skillful at managing priorities and delivering results Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience 8+ years hands-on experience in OMS, ERP, retail, or ecommerce implementations 5+ years hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni 2+ years leadership or project lead experience ITIL certifications a plus -- Keywords: information technology |
