Analysis user behavior and improve user experience on Mobile App Perform end-to-end user research activities, including planning, conducting, and analyzing data to inform design and digital experiences. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand business goals and translate them into research objectives and actionable insights. Leverage a deep understanding of user experience research, mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and latest trends to identify opportunities, provide informed perspective and ensure research outcomes lead to an exceptional user experience Demonstrate leadership in planning and executing research within a fast-paced, agile environment to support continued iterations and improvement within the mobile space. Define and lead planning tasks including discovery that leverages quantitative, secondary, and past research to identify gaps and inform research objectives. Develop approach, methodology, and session format in alignment with research goals and identify appropriate stimuli to support conversations.
