Must be available to come onsite for interview, no exceptions Hybrid 3 days a week on site Key Responsibilities: - Analyze data sets to determine data gaps and work with cross functional teams to bridge the gap - Liaise with the business analysis team to understand the data requirements - Support the team with data analysis, such as data source discovery, data usage viability and data sourcing - Coordinate data sourcing with upstream data teams - Partner with team on testing with data verification, completeness, and data quality checks. - Participate in data driven initiatives, such as data linage, data quality checks, data migration Qualifications External Skills Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar - Minimum 9 years of experience in global organizations as a Data Analyst. - Proficiency in Data Analysis, with working experience in SQL and relational databases - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as work in an international team setting. - Have strong reasoning skills, logical deduction and apply to data analysis - Collaborate effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions and roles. - Present and be able to tell a story with the data analysis/reporting - Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks assigned. - Ability to problem solve and have creative solutions in challenging environments - Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-orientated environment - Good customer service skills. Ability to deal with difficult situations gracefully. - SQL querying building, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience using API and SoupUI Skills Desired: - Experience working in medium to large-scale development projects. - Knowledge of trades data, positions data, reference data. - Experience in trade lifecycles and asset classes, Equity, Fixed Income, Options, Futures - Understanding of Risk/Compliance surveillance platforms (Actimize, MANTAS, Sungard) and their models, Wash trades, Marking the Open/Close, Spoofing, Insider Trading, etc. Thanks & Regards, Anil Maxpro Inc,.
