Working Knowledge in ODI 12c Oversee and/or assist in the design and development of multi-dimensional ETL/ELT maps and views Interpret complex delivered multi-dimensional ETL maps. Performance tune ETL/ELT jobs, BI tools, sessions and queries. Write SQL scripts and views. Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues. Participate in build out and test of Agent batch schedule. Conduct unit, integration and user acceptance testing. Good to have/Desirable: Experience with ODI 12C BIApps Knowledge including subject areas like Financial Analytics, HR Analytics, Procurement and Spend etc. Specific skill with OBIEE/ OBI Apps/ ODI with exposure to PeopleSoft source data is preferred. OBIEE Knowledge. Customize and develop RPD layers of BI (Physical, BMM and presentation layers), configuring metadata objects and Web catalog objects. Design and configure multidimensional ERDs (star and snowflake) schemas; data model. Develop reports, dashboards, and hierarchies and implement security using OBIEE. Participate in deployment of BI Solution. Prepare and execute manual paymentfeeds before noon or 5pm daily. Oversee complex allocations and create detailed monthly accrual reports. Provide telecom inventory reports to end- users (engineers) as requested. Vendor Management: Engage with vendors regarding billing issues/errors and manage ongoing relationships with them. Currently, there are 54 telecom vendors. Maintain and manage vendor portals and contracts. Provide and request quotes from vendors as necessary. Telecom Expense Management Software: Manage and optimize the utilization of Telecom Expense Management software (Rivermine) Address and resolve any issues or changes needed in the system configuration. Project and Inventory Management: Implement and manage telecom provisioning projects. Review and approve audit and optimization recommendations(updated) Handle MACDs (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes) for telecom fixed inventory. Communication and Customer Service: Conduct weekly calls with vendors to track and resolve open issues. Analysis and Planning: Oversee the IT WAN budget and prepare detailed monthly reports. Dispute charges and track until credits are received remove, tangoe will dispute and track credits, we just need approval to submit disputes Qualifications: Experience in telecom expense management or a similar role. familiarity with Telecom Expense Management software (can be trained ) Strong financial management and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook. ( can be trained Excellent communication and customer service skills.
