Role Overview: As the Senior .NET Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of advanced technical solutions. Your deep expertise in .NET development, Azure cloud services, and Power Platform technologies will drive the success of our projects. You will also lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust and scalable solutions using the .NET framework, following best practices and coding standards. Utilize your extensive experience in Azure cloud services, including Azure Cognitive Services, Application Insights, Azure Functions, API Management, and Service Bus, to design and implement cloud-based solutions. Leverage your expertise in Power Platform technologies, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, and SharePoint Online, to implement innovative business automation and collaboration solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality development practices. Conduct technology assessments, feasibility studies, and performance optimizations for existing and new projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for clients. Define and enforce coding standards, architecture principles, and development methodologies within the team. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development, with a strong emphasis on building complex and scalable applications. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Architect, preferably in a senior role. Extensive hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Cognitive Services, Application Insights, Azure Functions, API Management, and Service Bus. Proficiency in Power Platform technologies, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, and SharePoint Online. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor developers effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure Architect, Power Platform) are a plus.
