Security Platform Administrator Zscaler: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family The Security Operations team is looking for a Security Platform Administrator who will play a vital role in keeping the VF Global Enterprise safe from cyber-attacks. As the Security Platform Administrator, you will be part of a bigger machine working to protect the company from any malicious activity. This role requires you to work with others to strategize threat prevention, coordinate remediations, and contribute to process improvement. How You Will Make a Difference: Primary resource for support and management of the ZScaler platform Utilize ZScaler telemetry to drive improvements throughout the environment. Mentor other team members on best practices within the ZScaler platform Lead the creation and maintenance of all ZScaler-related documentation Provide 3 rd level technical support for all deployed security platforms Perform and oversee daily administration tasks such as maintaining a version status for all deployed products and policies, including the staging and execution of minor platform upgrades Provide subject matter expertise and help maintain all security platforms (threat protection software, SIEM (Security Information & Event Management), SOAR/SIR, EDR, email ATP (Advanced Threat Protection) solution, etc. Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support as needed Recommend best practices and look for opportunities to improve processes while balancing operational and business risks Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+ years Educational/ Position Requirements: Position Requirements: Knowledge of client and server operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac, Linux) Experience with implementing and supporting ZScaler including ZScaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZScaler Private Access (ZPA) Strong ability to troubleshoot issues at the network layer including proxy and network firewall Proficient experience with using network analysis tools such as Wireshark Significant understanding of network routing concepts Proven experience in proactively utilizing ZScaler to improve the overall security posture of the environment.
