Implement and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including version control, code reviews, and adherence to development standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities, and assess their applicability to the organization's needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and other developers, to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions. Required Skills: 5 Years - Solid experience in ServiceNow application development, including Scoped Application development. 5 Years - Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset Management, CMDB, Request Management, Contract/vendor mgmt 5 Years - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs. 5 Years - Familiarity with ServiceNow development best practices, including coding standards, security, and performance optimization. 5 Years - Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements, translate them into technical solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable.
