JOB DESCRIPTION: 3-5 years of management consulting experience leading and delivering ERP projects to energy industry clients. 3-5 years of energy industry experience focused on upstream oil and gas, Finance and Accounting business transformation and / or business operations. 3-5 years of deep understanding and functional knowledge of SAP JVA and Upstream General Accounting. Has completed two full lifecycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4) Hands on experience in implementation or support of SAP JVA. Upstream Oil and Gas Industry Experience (Exploration and Production). Possess excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience configuring SAP JVA. Knowledge of the SAP IS-Oil Solution (i.e., Upstream Accounting, PRA, JVA). Good Working experience in Requirement gathering, Configuration, Testing and Support. Good working experience in SAP modules interface with SAP JVA, such as FI, CO, and PRA. Expected to utilize their consulting skills, application, and industry knowledge to streamline the implementation of SAP JVA.
