Roles & Responsibilities: Job Requirement Lead the development team Understand functional requirement (customization) and create/support in creation of technical solution/design. Understand object dependencies and create development estimates and plan Develop Technical Development estimation and plan based on requirement Create/support in creation of Unit Test Script for the Code Change Manage development efforts, schedules, and resources Code Review of Development Objects Review Development issues to Resolutions Ensure that RICE development schedules are met within Stipulated timelines Report Development work status to IT Team Lead/Project Manager Coordinate with CNC lead to ensure that the OMW projects are promoted in time and as per schedule.
