Job: Oracle Time & Labor lead Location: : Remote with some travel Term: 12+ Months Visa : USC OR GC Linked in must Job Description Role and Responsibilities A OTL Lead at Accelalpha/Frontera is expected to engage in activities in support of both successful project delivery and business development. The OTL Lead utilizes consulting experience and skills business/process knowledge and technical expertise to integrate Oracle into clients business environment. These activities include the following: OTL Lead will lead and configure OTL module within Oracle Cloud HCM. Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution. Configuring OTL to match the business requirements and system design. Demonstrating the solution to client. Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Open to some travel to client site in DC. OTL Lead must have: Demonstratable hands-on experience with OTL and at least 2-3 projects as the Lead. Implementing approval workflows. Experience with creating time entry rules such as OT, Holiday, etc. Configuration skills within Fast Formula.
