Responsibilities: Work with all stakeholders to identify system needs and gather business and functional requirements; Analyze stakeholder requirements to determine the work effort needed to enhance, modify, or create an application and the related impact on other applications/system areas; Translate stakeholder requirements into technical and functional specifications for approval, development, testing and code review purposes; Develop proof of concepts, mockups and other documents for task and/or activity; Write, debug, and maintain code to ensure application functionality, integrate hardware and software components; Prepare and complete stakeholder requests for the creation, modification or enhancement of new or existing applications/systems; Conduct unit, system, and regression testing; Assist, troubleshoot, and validate application deployments as assigned by the Departments Contract Manager Research and evaluate options to help identify ways to improve efficiency, increase security and reduce system issues, errors or data anomalies; Write and maintain application documentation (specifications, process flow, etc.) as assigned by the Contract Manager; Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues and help desk requests; Provide .NET Training and Mentoring to the Departments staff.
