Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: NYC, NY( onsite) Duration: 6+ MONTHS Visa Type: NO H1 Job Description:- Senior Project Manager will oversee Labware 8 implementation working with domestic and international teams. Scope: from start to finish. Sample management: raw materials, stability, etc. Client is a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization, with a deep commitment to improving life quality by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market. Required Skills / Experience: Life Science experience. Especially exposure to validation & an understand of regulations Experience with implementing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) LIMS experience (Labware 7 or 8 preferred) System development Lifecycle + Implementation Experience Must have completed large system implementations (9+ month projects) Familiarity with creating a foundational solution (shell) for sites to adopt. Experience working with global teams PM Certification Project Details: They have a PM in there now that this person will be replacing. Pain point: Bandwidth. Their current PM is spread thin, and they need someone more dedicated now that the project is taking off. The project was previously halted due to over-customization for Denmark. Current phase: Scoping and system integrator selection is completed, theyre lobbying C-Suite to approve the business case. This person will be implementing a new process throughout the entire organization. Start of Project: Get the shell of the solution out to the different business sites for them to adopt after. Role Details: Scope = Besides validating it, theyre putting together a shell of a solution to get it off the ground. Need someone with experience creating a shell to have been used by multiple teams / sites, etc. This role is focused on the core team, especially business owners. Need someone to come in and understand the dynamics of AGC through System Development Lifecycle. (Implementation arm is separate and they have their own PM) MUST HAVE: MUST HAVE STRONG LIMS software development life cycle (SDLC) experience. Must have LabWare experience, implementation(s) Must have experience starting on projects from the start/scratch. Must have worked with international teams. MUST KNOW GMP validation.
