System/network administrator level knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows operating systems Knowledge of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, Load Balancing, etc.) Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.) and REST APIs Proficient in Apigee Edge Cloud and Private Cloud OPDK products and architecture. Strong troubleshooting skills in API Management and Gateway systems Professional working knowledge of firewall policies and log for one of the major firewall vendors i.e Cisco, Juniper, F5, SonicWall (DELL), Barracuda, Watchguard etc. Should have thorough knowledge on HTTP , HTTPS, and SSL terminologies. Be able to read, analyze, understand, and decode the web logs. Strong Communication skills Mandatory Good Communication skill and Apigee or related s/w experience. Good Analytical and problem-solving skill. Must have experience in production Support work under pressure on timely addressing issues. Stringent SLAs should be met.
