If the below job descriptions suit your experience, please revert to my email with your updated resume and availability to contact PeopleSoft HCM Functional Expert - Kronos Contract Location Chicago, IL - Hybrid Job Description: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Expert - Kronos Seeking an experienced professional well-versed in HCM, PeopleSoft, and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of their underlying architectures. Responsibilities include optimizing system architecture for efficient data flow, ensuring data integrity across platforms, and performing data analysis to extract meaningful insights. Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining data structures within complex ERP ecosystems. Collaborate with teams to drive data-driven decision-making and streamline processes, ensuring seamless integration between HCM, PeopleSoft, and ERP systems. Job Duties:- Serve as an expert in performing configuration changes and efficiency improvement. Identify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues. Develop, modify, and update configuration documentation to keep them current and relevant. Review and understand configuration specification/design documents. Assess and design basic to medium level workforce management solutions. Configure and implement moderate workforce management solutions. Complete quality assurance testing of solutions Assist customer with testing, understanding the solution and go live support, as needed. Deploy and release configuration to productions environment. Must have skills PeopleSoft HCM & Kronos/UKG: Experience in Kronos/UKG Workforce Central application. Demonstrate advanced-level knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central system, including proficiency in Scheduling, Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance. Rules configuration and Functional knowledge of Payroll and Time processes. Configuration expertise with focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Access Profiles, and Device Management Experience in developing interface configurations between PeopleSoft and Kronos. Good experience as a functional consultant in PeopleSoft HCM, NA Payroll and Benefits. Ability to write complex SQL queries and views. Ability to write requirements and technical design documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to methodically analyze and resolve tech challenges. Can work as an individual capacity as well as within Team. Good to have Skills: Experience in Core HR, MSS, ESS modules would be appreciated. Exper ience in technical Skills like App Designer, SQL, BI Publisher, App Engine. E xperience with Agile development methodologies.
