Role: MDM Admin Location: Detroit, MI OR Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Duration: Contract Job Description: 10-12 years of experience in IT industry 4-6 years experience working in Master Data Management 2 + years Experience supporting Tier 1 (24X7 ) applications 5 + years experience working in operational capacity supporting SAAS platforms (SFDC, Third party SAAS products like Workday/ADP/Reltio etc) 2 + years experience Reltio MDM platform support experience/ trained and certified in Reltio platform operations/support 3-4 years experience with AWS Cloud tech stack Should be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex Production issues In depth exposure to monitoring tools such as Spluk, DataDog, Cloud Watch.
