Please share suitable profile Role: Informatica IICS -ETL Data Engineer Location: Dallas,TX(Hybrid) Visa: No H1B,OPT/CPT MOI: Skype Hybrid (1 day a week)--OK 74701 (1 hour to 45 minutes north of Dallas)--Needs to be onsite on Wednesdays every week **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes using Informatica IICS to extract, transform, and load data from diverse source systems into the data warehouse. - Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical ETL specifications. - Create and maintain data mappings, transformation logic, and data flow diagrams to ensure accurate and efficient data processing. - Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement appropriate solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, including technical specifications, data lineage, and data dictionaries. - Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of ETL processes by monitoring and optimizing job execution. - Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate ETL processes with existing systems and applications. - Stay current with industry best practices, ETL tools, and data integration technologies to propose improvements and innovations. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior ETL developers to enhance their technical skills and understanding of ETL processes. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - **Required**: Extensive experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) including designing and implementing complex ETL processes. - Solid understanding of the data warehouse project lifecycle, data modeling, and database concepts. - Proven experience in ETL development, data integration, and transformation. - Experience with data mapping and transformation logic implementation. - Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. - Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus. - Strong SQL skills for data profiling, analysis, and troubleshooting. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently when required. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies is beneficial. - Relevant certifications in ETL and data integration technologies are a plus.
