This position has overall responsibility for developing a project plan that is delivered within the agreed upon tolerances of time and budget. This position will continuously work in partnership with different business and technical stakeholders and will provide tactical management and project administration to the project team. This position is responsible for the coordination of leading multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver technology projects of varying size and complexity, focusing specifically on software implementation or enhancement projects. Experience in managing projects related to Infrastructure Delivery projects such as Data Center migrations, network connectivity, data migration, telecommunications, storage and database set up, and merger and acquisition projects. Demonstrated ability to deliver development projects from inception to successful implementation Solid project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and mid-size projects in a cross-functional environment Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management Demonstrated experience in creating detailed documentation for moderate sized projects Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve results Good ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements Ability to communicate needs and schedules, as well as ensure that plans are in place and standards are adhered to Good ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels Good ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention, and effort between current project workload and ongoing support tasks Ability to influence those not within direct control Ability to coordinate and execute cross functionally with technical managers, business managers, SMEs, and customers Some financial analysis skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools Thanks & Regards Sayantan Das Technical Recruiter [email protected] Keywords: information technology |
