Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Department staff at various levels. Preferred Experience: Strong technical background. Problem solving skills and techniques. Passionate about technology. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with OpenVMS operating system, ACMS Desktop and Oracle RDB databases. Experience developing using TruCredential Software. This includes custom interfaces to the CD-800 card printer as well as the MX1100 High-Speed printing platform. Experience working on Microsoft Power Platform.
