Healthcare Business Analyst (Insight Analyst) Remote Long Term Contract Experience : 15+ Years Job Description: Need someone who have experience in creating insights using power BI tools Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role, working on software development or technology projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements and drive consensus. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques, such as use case modeling, user stories, and process flows. Familiarity with business process modeling and notation (BPMN) or similar modeling languages. Ability to analyze and interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently. Experience with business analysis software tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Enterprise Architect. Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. Familiarity with relevant technologies and domains specific to the industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is a plus.
