Only EST candidate will work  8+ Years condiates work, only H4-EAD, GC and US Citizen.  Passport and LinkdIn is must Role: ServiceNow Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Type: Contract to hire ServiceNow Expertise: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including its various modules, especially Employee Center and Service Portal. Front-End Development: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies for customizing and enhancing the user interface. Service Portal Customization: Experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal, including widget development. User Experience (UX): Understanding of UX principles to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for employees using the Employee Center. ServiceNow Scripting: Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages like GlideScript, AngularJS, or other scripting languages used in ServiceNow. Integration Skills: Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other systems, APIs, and data sources as needed. Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting and solving technical issues in the ServiceNow platform. Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies for efficient project delivery. Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide updates on development progress. Certifications: ServiceNow certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) could be beneficial. Experience: Relevant experience in ServiceNow front-end and back-end development, with specific emphasis on Employee Center projects.
