Position :: DevOps Automation Engineer Location :: Plano TX/ McLean, VA (3 days Onsite 2 Days remote) If not DevOps -combination of Groovy Developer or Python Developer who having experience with DevOps will work. Strong Automation Experience with good Groovy, GitLab, Spinnaker & Jenkins knowledge. 8+ years of strong experience in designing and developing CI/CD automation solutions for multiple technologies with a very specific focus around Kubernetes technologies Strong experience in onboarding below few more application technologies into DevOps automation platform: Python, Node, Data Science, Salesforce etc., Developing libraries / modules / microservices using Python or Go or Groovy for CI/CD automation areas Excellent experience in integrating DevTestSecOps tooling Experience in few or more below DevOps tooling: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Fortify, Checkmarx,SonarQube,Artifactory,Spinnaker, Argo CD, Flux CD, Rancher, Ansible, Terraform, SonarQube etc., Strong experience in developing Jenkins Shared Libraries and modules Excellent experience in Groovy,JSON,YAML,Shell scripting for CI, deployment and delivery automation Excellent Collaboration skills in devising better CI/CD onboarding patters and procedures Strong orientation of creating Release Value for business teams Excellent skills in automating Release Management processing using release tools like Digital ai, Plutora, Cloudbees CD etc., Strong understanding in DevOps Value Stream Map Visualization, DORA metrics and dashboards Skills Years of experience Kubernetes Groovy Scripting Python Scripting Spinnaker Jenkins CI/CD Role : Sybase DBA Location : Plano TX/ Mclean VA(day one onsite, 3 days onsite in a week) Job Description One should be familiar with installation of software, configuration and security - hardening the newly built host as per enterprise standards. Allocating SAN storage and mounts with DB restores and point-in-time recovery. Manage Sybase databases Configure and maintain database servers and processes Monitor system's health and performance Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time Provide suggestions for solutions Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours Qualifications 5 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA/Sybase/DB2 or similar role 4 years of experience with SQL Server DBA/Sybase/DB2 Administration experience required Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Role : Senior Snowflake Developer Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid model 3 days from office) (Only Local or Nearby consultants to NYC location) About Requirement Strong understanding or Snowflake on Azure ..Architecture, design, implementation and operationalization of large-scale data and analytics solutions on Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse. Hands-on development experience with Snowflake features such as Snow SQL; Snow Pipe; Python; Tasks; Streams; Time travel; Zero Copy Cloning; Optimizer; Metadata Manager; data sharing; and stored procedures. Experience in Data warehousing - OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modelling. Need to have working knowledge of MS Azure configuration items with respect to Snowflake. Developing EL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using combination of Data bricks, Python and Snow SQL. Developing scripts UNIX, Python etc. to Extract, Load and Transform data, as well as other utility functions. Provide production support for Data Warehouse issues such data load problems, transformation translation problems Translate mapping specifications to data transformation design and development strategies and code, incorporating standards and best practices for optimal execution. Understanding data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud based testing and clearly document implementations, so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation, and test conditions. Perform code reviews to ensure fit to requirements, optimal execution patterns and adherence to established standards. Basic Qualifications Minimum 4 years of designing and implementing an operational production grade large-scale data solution on Microsoft Azure Snowflake Data Warehouse. Including hands on experience with productionized data ingestion and processing pipelines using Python, Data bricks, Snow SQL Excellent understanding of Snowflake Internals and integration of Snowflake with other data processing and reporting technologies Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to problem solve and design in an environment with unclear requirements.
