| DataPower Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid)Pheonix, AZ / Providence, RI NO H1B/CPT/OPT Duration: 12 Months + Contract Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in a relevant IT operational support position. 3+ years of experience supporting one or more of the following: DataPower ** App Connect Enterprise / IIB API Connect OpenShift/Kubernetes; IBM Cloud Pak products a plus. Strong drive for process improvement and operational excellence Experience supporting full lifecycle of the infrastructure platform, including the following: Deploying new physical and virtual DataPower appliances Firmware updates Migrating between form factors Managing certificates and related objects Troubleshooting configuration and operational issues Nice to haves: Automation capability using shell, python, ansible, or similar. 3+ years of experience with Linux CLI, experience parsing through log files to troubleshoot issues. Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools.
