Job Type: Full-time (With Medical, Dental, Vision (MDV for Self & Family), PTO, Holidays, Insurance, 401K The Role We are looking for an analytic and creative UX architect you must analyze and interpret consumer behavior related to an interactive digital experience the role spans analyzing consumer usability developing information architecture creating an interaction design building design interfaces you will responsible for testing the architecture of a digital site taking it from concept to launch conceptualizing designing and beta testing website interactions are key to this job description. Job description: Involved for conceiving and conducting user research interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemaps wireframes and prototypes Designing the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure great user experience responsibilities translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences Facilitate client s product visions by researching conceiving wireframing sketching prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces identify design problems and devise elegant solutions Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and features Take a user centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs collaborate with other team members and stakeholders take smart risks and champion new ideas Able to conduct design workshops by following google design process requirements 10 or more years of ux design experience Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments Expertise in ux software such as adobe suite adobe xd justinmind marvel, invision or similar tools ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complexity. Requirements Must Haves Should be technical UI person with Angular and Material experience 10+ Years experience as UX SME with Angular, Angular Material, Micro Front End, Front End Architecture for SPA A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills Demonstrated experience in planning for and delivering experience projects Experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations Experience in UX research, including planning, designing, and facilitating user sessions and client workshops, analyzing findings, and articulating results Experience in UX design, including information architecture, user and screen flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping Experience with modern design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer, and InVision This role requires a hands- on UI person in implementing vs doing design or research.
