Job Details :- Our client, a leading provider of audio and media solutions, is seeking a Senior Cypress Test Engineer to join their Digital Experience Web Applications Development Team. This team focuses on building highly scalable customer facing Single Page Web Applications, utilizing an array of modern technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess solid computer science fundamentals and strong understanding of web development principles with experience using modern JavaScript frameworks. What youll do: Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automated tests using Cypress.io. Experience integrating Cypress Cloud features Integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline for automated validation. Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to define testing strategies and requirements. Mentor team members on best practices in test automation. Review, maintain, and improve existing test scripts to ensure they are effective and up to date. Investigate, report, and track defects to closure. Lead and promote quality assurance practices across the team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends in test automation and recommend tools and techniques to keep our testing technology stack relevant. Show enthusiasm and a sense of ownership for the system and its components that are vital to the success of the business Required Skills: Be a true Cypress Specialist with 5+ years of experience in test automation with at least 3 years focused on using Cypress.io. We need to know what you did, and how you implemented it. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
