Job Description:- Job Role:- IT Project Manager and Application Support Analyst Location :- Manhattan, NYC (Onsite) Contract A NYC based convention center is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager and Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support of the centers application support portfolio. These applications are the backbone of operations at the company and include software that supports critical business functions. These include: Human Resources, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Accounting, Sales, Customer Billing, application integrations, data warehouse and reporting. Responsibilities include ensuring the applications are available for end-users, incident support and resolution, fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests, application administration, and participating in daily operations in support of the business processes. Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities this resource require a general knowledge of IT application support tools, being responsive to end-user needs, effective and open communications, ability to learn new applications quickly, and work well with stakeholders. Duties include: Monitor applications to ensure they are ready for end-users Identify and correct issues with the applications Coordinate issue resolution with other support teams Test software patches Setup new application users and permissions Update application configuration to address new business requirements Fulfill ad-hoc requests from end-users Track and report incidents and support requests Skills: Microsoft office enterprise software (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Visio, Teams, OneDrive) Application support and administration of these applications: Oracle EBS 12.1.3 o Kronos 8.1 Ungerboeck 19.2 Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) version 11g or 12c Microsoft Power Suite o Power BI o Reporting Services Microsoft SQL Oracle SQL Microsoft SharePoint Education and Experience Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent 15+ years experience in application development, maintenance, and support 10+ years project management experience Strong coaching and leadership skills Experience working in organizations using CMM, CMMI or ITIL standards Thanks & Regards Shruti Singh| 1Point System LLC IT Recruiter Email: [email protected] Keywords: business intelligence active directory information technology |
