Role: RPA Platform Admin Location: Remote Duration: Long term contract Job Description: Responsible for Automation Project Support o Attend deployment meetings to understand the necessary requirements of each project. o Create NAS drives (shared folders) along with necessary permissions. o Request and configure Bot Runner accounts with correct entitlements. o Request and configure Application IDs o Install and configure necessary project applications on our servers. o Create requests for new databases as well as proper permissions. o Request firewall rules for access to applications, databases, and websites o Maintain a great working relationship with our Business Line Leaders Responsible for Incident Management o Participate in on-call rotation to infrastructure & automation support. o Accept incidents within our SLA and work on them to resolve. o Work with our development team to ensure automation jobs are running and performing as expected. Responsible for Change Management o Create RFCs in ServiceNow for code migrations and fixes/enhancements. o Assign the proper tasks to development team for validations. o Accept code migration task and complete per the developers instructions. o Update the change notes and perform closure of change tasks and main change. Infrastructure Support o Ensure our server environment is performing at a high level and is resilient to changes in the environment (DR, Device Pools) o Work closely with our internal partners as well as our vendors. Be ready for application updates and modifications. Participate in Vendor calls and troubleshooting sessions. o Perform RCA with our development teams, internal teams as well as our vendors.
