Job Description/ Responsibilities

Nexus platform administration, including Nexus Repo, Nexus IQ, Nexus Firewall; infrastructure management is a must-have, esp. storage management

- Jenkins platform administration, and template/pipeline development including Groovy development;

- SQL Server query, update, and support

- Batch/shell/PowerShell scripting required for both resources

- Strong diagnostic and root cause analysis skills required for both resources

Cloudbees Jenkins Administrator (Jenkins CI and CJP)

Required Skills ,Splunk,Jenkins X  

Maintain stability and currency of Cloudbees Jenkins environment and associated plugins and integration points

Experience with Cloudbees Jenkins Platform and Cloudbees Jenkins CI platform

Novice to Advanced skillset with Unix administration in supporting the Jenkins Environments across both VMware and Container Technologies.

Openshift / Kubernetes experience preferred

Unix / Windows Command Line Scripting

Experience managing Jenkins a distributed, containerized environment is preferred Jenkins Pipeline Developer

Accountable for developing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the enterprise CI pipelines across The Hartford

Unix / Windows Command Line Scripting

Experience with various build technologies including NPM, Maven, ANT, and Gradle Splunk Admin

Grow and improve the enterprise Splunk environment from early stages to a mature implementation by creating forwarder apps to ingest our data

Assist and provide expert best practices in adoption, expansion, additional use cases and in setting up Splunk.

Support and guide Client resources that include Splunk Administrators, Architects, Knowledge Managers, Developers and Users for increasing Splunk adoption and overall customer success.

Assist with system upgrade planning and execution.

Assist in workshops to help leverage the full value of Splunk solutions and lead periodic stakeholder meetings.

Act as the Splunk liaison for Splunk technical questions, issues or escalations. This will include working with Splunk Support, Product Management (i.e. roadmaps), or others as needed.

Development of best practices and run book.

Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Splunk platform and future products.

Support large-scale deployments with data feeds from multiple on premise data centers

Monitor and maintain Splunk performance, availability, and capacity
