Job Title : DevOps Engineer with Storage Experience Location: Remote Duration : 6+ Months Contract Potential to Extension Client: Dell Interview Process: Video Job Description: Notes: We are looking for candidates that have strong DevOps/IaC experience, as well as, strong experience in SAN. Primary Skills : Experience in PowerMax storage array. Experience in SAN block storage. Experience in Unisphere for PowerMAX REST API Experience in PowerMax Sync CLI Experience in Python and pyU4V library. Secondary Skills : Experience in MongoDB Experienced in Agile methodologies. Strong DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code experience of 12+ years Deep knowledge and experience in PowerMax Storage Array, SAN Block Storage, Unisphere for PowerMax REST APIs, PowerMax SYMCLI and scripting with Python and pyU4V library (mandatory) Experience with MongoDB would be a plus Expertise in Puppet Labs or Ansible Expertise in Terraform, Hashicorp Vault & Foreman Expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, Virtual SAN, Virtual Switches & Security Systems Expertise in VMware vRealize Automation and VMware vRealize Orchestration Expertise in Windows & Unix Operating Systems Expertise in network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP). Expertise in Build tools like Jenkins to build re-usable release pipelines, release and configuration management tools like Chef/Puppet/Ansible platforms Scripting Skills : Strong scripting with Python (mandatory) and Shell & PowerShell will be an add-on. Automation skills like CMDB discovery mechanisms would be an add-on.
