CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Performing day-to-day administration, maintenance, standards/ policies and operational features/functions of digital fax system, including management and monitoring of associated service and support contracts, service level agreements, and performance m 8 Required Overseeing data collection, development of usage, trend, and cost analysis reports for individual, departmental, and agency use. 8 Required Analyzing data and making key decisions on the architecture of digital fax systems including deployments, change management, disaster recovery, performance optimization, incident support, training, automation and systems availability. 8 Required Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plan across IT administrators and resource owners.
