The scope of this position is to perform technical and functional work related to both the SAP System Split Initiative as well as to perform maintenance activities for the SAP HR system. This position is critical to ensure we have continuity within the HR IT team and to ensure critical tasks are completed. We are wanting to hire an SAP HR Technical/Functional resource. 3+ SAP HCM, Organization Management, US Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Service 3+ technical expertise in ABAP in SAP, HCM Logical Databases, Schema, Agile/Scrum Hours of Operations: M-F 8 5 pm, 50% WFH and 50% onsite Manages the full systems development life cycle of projects/programs within area of responsibility. Coordinates and takes the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of SAP IT applications in his/her area of responsibility including Warehouse Management, Yard Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and/or Inbound Logistics. Plans, designs, develops, and implements efficient IT systems in support of assigned organizational functions. Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Job Description . What You Bring: BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, Business or the equivalent of 4 years of experience in an IT application or Infrastructure profession. Must have experience with SAP Time Managment (TM) and Payroll Software (PY) 3 years of professional experience with SAP Human Capital Managment (SAP HCM), Organization Management (SAP OM), US Payroll (SAP PY), Time Management (SAP TM), and Employee Self-Service (SAP ESS) Experience in ABAP in SAP, HCM Logical Databases, Schema, Agile/Scrum Over 3 years of experience communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
