| Hi Contract Role: Lead Consultant | Telecom | OSS/BSS Location: Littleton,Colorado (Onsite) Must have : Experience in Telecom Business Analysis Have good understanding of Telecom Wireless Domain (OSSBSS) with specific focus on the OSS components. Develop a working knowledge of telecom technologies and industry standards to provide insight recommendations. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills. Adept at assessing issues with ability to devise workable solutions quickly responding appropriately. Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plans. Flexible, must be able to change priorities quickly, focus on new ones without distraction, able to deal with conflict and work under pressure to meet deliverable dates/timelines. Able to work independently. JD Able to interact with Product Management, Product Owner and Architects to understand the business requirement and come up with best suited solution for the platform Develop a working knowledge of telecom technologies and industry standards to provide insight/recommendations. In the grooming phase, provide technical story elaboration based on the scope identified by the Product Owner. (OM Analyst should have background and expertise in areas like COM, SOM, service management and inventory software for writing suitable technical stories); Knowledge of Hansen suite of products is an added benefit. Conduct a show and tell session at the end of each Iteration. Help the technical team on cross story impacts and elaboration. Work closely with the testing team to review test cases and give input to create the right test data; Help the Product Owner in terms of maintaining the backlog of technical stories, dependencies, risk, etc. Able to lead discussions with interfacing systems to understand system impacts and create user stories in Rally. Support development and testing teams to resolve queries and help in defect triaging.
