| Title: Middleware Application support (L2) Location: Omaha, NE - Locals Only Mandatory Skills: Azure, Redhat Openshift, Websphere, Splunk Database Linux Specification: Experience in middleware platforms and software-defined Application technology is Mandatory (database, Azure, Redhat Openshift, websphere liberty, Splunk, Link, messaging) Experience in upgradation, deployment, and administration of various middleware technologies; middleware architecture standards Consults L2/L3 experts on key issues and challenges of middleware environment. Monitors the performance of individual components and the overall middleware products and platforms. Escalations to L2. Works with internal middleware teams to test, implement, integrate and generates reports concerning middleware utilization, capacity, availability and support. Documents all existing and new middleware platforms and infrastructure with respect to functionality. Coordinates IT teams to implement middleware releases with release management.
