They rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performing a variety of complicated tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected from this position. They must have a minimum of 8 years of experience serving as a liaison between the Business community and Customer IT Teams (i.e., Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.). They must have strong experience in requirements gathering and understanding technology. The BA must have experience collaborating with UX designers to develop mockups and wireframes for websites or online applications. The BA must have experience with designing and documenting reports. This Business Analyst may be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus is shifted towards the management of the requirements specifications and verifying the fulfilment of all requirements, including requirements for enhancements post-implementation.
