The HRIT System Analyst is responsible for driving employee engagement through quality and reliable HR technology. This includes delivering and supporting solutions that minimize administrative burden and help leaders to manage their business. A successful HRIT System Analyst provides HR systems expertise and consultation to the HRIT and HRIS support teams e.g., Benefits and Payroll, etc. - while supporting ongoing system operations in SAP HCM.

Essential Functions:

Candidate will handle day-to-day HRIT operations.

Develop relationships with HR functional clients and Technology team members.

Participate in meetings with IT teams to develop a technical understanding of HR systems.

Communicate regularly with clients with a focus on explaining issues and solutions in plain terms and provide meaningful updates.

Communicate issues and changes to HRIT, HRIS counterparts and leadership regularly.

Work with IT counterparts to address issues and bring a full complement of understanding to clients.

Possess functional, technical, and analytic abilities for the support and configuration of HCM applications, i.e., payroll and benefits

Support payroll functions while working closely with the HR payroll team and HRIT.

Possess SAP payroll configuration, schema updates, troubleshooting, and general payroll support skills.

Gather and document functional and technical requirements using appropriate nomenclature.

Identify gaps and propose solutions or enhancements to address current issues.

Support HRIT projects/initiatives through plan, design, test, and release phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in applicable business field or Technology preferred.

Five years of related HRIT professional experience as a HRIT system analyst.

Candidate must have experience with SAP HR systems.

o 3+ years experience configuring SAP HCM required.

Excellent verbal/oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Self-sufficient, must work with minimal instruction/supervision

Knowledge of: Microsoft O365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), ServiceNow, testing applications, and release management
