Detailed Job Description: Should have extensive knowledge of Genesys Cloud / Contact Center Technology / IVR architecture / Genesys BOT Engine Understand the business needs of the organization and work with customers to identify business / technical requirements and Architect solutions meeting these requirements. Must be able to explain technical details of IVR and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Provide solution consulting, technical design for Genesys cloud opportunities. Experience with integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party systems Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in Java/J2EE technologies Experience of Web Services, backend integrations etc. Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management skills Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
