| From: Geetha, Paramount software solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Partners, Role:Test Automation Engineer Location: Irvine, CA(Day 1 onsite) Duration-6 to 12 Months (Possibility of extension) JD: Test Automation Engineer, WLAN Networking 802.11 Work with the Software Engineering Connectivity team to understand the requirements to integrate xWAP and supported features. Work closely with Product Owner and Technical Business Analyst to refine epics and user stories for xWAP integration. Participate in the sprint planning to review the defined scope of each sprint. Work closely with customer architecture and systems engineering teams to fully understand the requirements and architecture of customer IFEC system and how WAP is used and utilized. Work closely with customer Software development team on software designs and testing methodologies. Design, implement, automate, and document WAP test procedures to ensure 100% coverage of all product requirements including: o Functional white box testing of developed features o Functional black box testing of WAP capabilities and use cases. o Usability end to end testing. o Compatibility testing to make sure that WAP can support variety of clients and use cases. Develop and enhance existing Python based test automation framework. Conduct test and automated tests execution review sessions with customer technical team. Participate in the sprint demo to demonstrate the work completed during each sprint. Work and collaborate closely with customer Management team and scrum team leads to review the deliverables, timelines and risks as required. o Must have requirements: 5+ years of experience in scripting developing using Python. 5+ years of experience in creating test plan and test procedures for applications under Linux OS. 3+ years of experience in automating test procedures. 3+ years of experience testing / integrating or developing using networking protocols such as TCP/UDP/IP/SNMP/DHCP/DNS and VLANs. 3+ years of experience in testing / integrating or developing using Wireless LAN protocols including the advanced 802.11ac and 802.11ax protocols. 3+ years in working with Databases and SQL language.
