Location - Denver or Houston (Onsite) Oil & Gas Industry experience is MUST. Job Requirements: Should have strong business knowledge and work with senior leaders (CxO, VP, Directors) to define business roadmap, business KPIs, value articulation etc Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing complex and multiple region projects. Handles BAU issues troubleshooting the land apps Managing and prioritizing the product backlog Manages corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Work with business stakeholders to understand the business needs and prioritize them for the squad team to deliver the solution for business needs. An understanding of the project program execution process for Subsurface or Project and Infrastructure projects. Understanding of the applications/products used in Subsurface or Project and Infrastructure and has vision to improve the use of the existing products and business process. Interfacing with business users and key stakeholders to identify process requirements through such activities as workshops, surveys, small group meetings, etc. Identifying opportunities for process improvements that drive reduced effort, lower cycle times, increased throughput, and improved overall process performance. Assist with project prioritization, feature and user story definition, story sizing, User Acceptance Testing, and other system development activity Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates Work with Business Analyst and document Business Process mapping, user mapping to the process, technical architecture, workflows, and interfaces.
