Engage in business process mapping and collaborate with Finance, HR & the enterprise to document future state processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform analysis to determine impacts on systems with the transition to Workday. Assist project team & implementation partner with the elicitation of requirements and documentation of use cases. Coordinate activities between cross-functional teams, internal & external stakeholders, and vendors. Experience Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst working with Workday is a must. Ability to hit the ground running & Ability to work in fast paced environment. Ability to work in traditional waterfall project. 5+ years of business analysis experience. 2+ years of experience working with enterprise-level projects. Advanced knowledge of business process improvement. Experience working on diverse, cross-functional teams leading the elicitation of business requirements and needs, analyzing information skill fully, and developing solutions, and making recommendations to solve complex business problems. Excellent communication skills, including group presentation and facilitation. Ability to employ active listening and be clear and positive during consensus building. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively. Expert with Office 365 tooling, MS Teams, Visio. Smart sheet experience is a bonus. Experience developing, implementing, supporting, and/or managing large, complex operational systems within the Finance and/or Human functions.
