Assist/provide input to technical leads and developers in developing software solutions. -Experience in web application development, design and implementation. Assist in testing and creation of testcases/ planning for new code/existing code. Must have Skills: -Technical knowledge/proficiency in JAVA/J2EE, Spring, microservices, Kafka, REST Services, Enterprise class web application Works closely with customers and team members to understand current operating procedures, program objectives, and business requirements that drive the design and development of high-quality technical solutions. Involved with full systems life cycle to include planning, business analysis, coding, testing, and documentation. Job Duties 1. End-to-end oversight and delivery of Information Technology software development projects across global sub business units, using Agile framework principles. This position is expected to successfully oversee completion of multiple enterprise level projects within a program, in cadence with successive Sprint releases, that result in meeting or exceeding Enterprise Network Product and Services revenue targets. 2. In addition, the candidate must be able to navigate imperfect delivery situations and drive collaborative solutions towards completion objectives. 3. Business Stakeholder management experience is crucial in teaming to align expectations with Agile delivery. 4. The candidate needs to possess seasoned presentation authoring experience, predominantly intended for executive /senior executive consumption with cross team collaboration, data analysis and status gathering. Support leadership team in administrative analysis around organizational KPIs, budget utilization, capacity planning etc. 5. Create prototypes and wireframes to get business acceptance of ideas. 6. Working with minimal supervision. Directly liaising with business partners and other cross functional teams to drive projects. 7. Collaborate efficiently with various cross-functional teams like IT teams Dev/Test/DB/CM), product owners, project managers, sales users, order managers, production support teams, etc. 8. Successfully lead and manage completion of multiple enterprise level projects in an Agile framework software development environment. 9. Predominantly serve as liaison between crossfunctional IT development teams and business stakeholders. 10. Help drive onshore and offshore software development end to end. MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): * 6+ years of Project Management/ Scrum Master Experience with the ability to run multiple projects at the same time. * 6+ years of experience working as a business analyst * Strong Data analytical skills. SQL skills.
