| From: Prashant Yadav, Itecs [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager Duration: Minimum 4-6 month contract with possibility for extension Location: Alpharetta, GA & Omaha, Nebraska - On site role 5 days a week Needs to be able to start within 2 weeks of being selected and will have to pass a background/drug screen Role Overview The SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership for complex finance projects. Key efforts include building program schedules, managing to milestones, identifying risks and issues. working to build mitigation plans and reporting to project stakeholders. The right candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented with excellent task ownership and ability to follow through. This ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and is able to hold meetings with large groups of people. The candidate should be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. This role is an integral part of a large SAP S/4HANA implementation for a global Fintech company. Responsibilities Manage complex program schedules and milestones, coordinate working sessions, document meeting minutes and decisions, create status reports on project progress and issues, track, and report to project stakeholders Remediate risks issues, risks, and blockers as they arise Engage in continuous program planning, at the program level and use case level Be accountable for the on-time delivery of the program Understand and articulate the impact of project changes on the program Learn quickly on the job as new solutions to you and the team arise Engage cross functional teams as needed in a fast paced environment Direct work stream leads Lead meetings with teams from multiple geographies across multiple time zones Engage in continuous program planning Qualifications: 5+ years of IT project/program management experience 3+ years of Agile Methodologies 2+ successful project implementations Experience with SAP S/4 HANA projects Strong technical aptitude, project time management and team collaboration skills Ability to be flexible and change direction quickly Capable of making strategic decisions based on technical expertise Excellent interpersonal communication, oral, written and presentation skills Highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to work with minimal supervision Must enjoy working in a fast paced, high pressure environment PMP Certification Desired E-Mail Is The Best Way To Reach Me .
