(3) Data Engineers and (2) Senior Data Engineers. Both roles are 6-month contract to hire, 100% remote. (EST time zone preferred) Open to W2 and C2C. Candidates must reside in one of these approved states for conversion: AL, AZ, AK, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WS, WY . Our client is embarking on a digital transformation initiative and needs data engineers to help with data integration. Per the hiring manager here are the top skills hes looking for: They are an ETL shop, their main tech is Ablnitio and is highly preferred to have this experience. Theyre willing to consider candidates with Informatica or DataStage. Must have advanced SQL skills. Database experience Snowflake, Theyre moving away from Teradata and to Snowflake. Fast-paced matrix environment. Need candidates that can hit the ground running and are collaborative. The Data Engineers will be working closely with data integration analysts and IT Teams. Data Engineer (need 3) Hands-on and providing more mid-level solutioning. Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience with Data Integration, Data Warehouses, Operational Data Stores, Data Lakes and Big Data platforms Direct experience with at least one ETL development language/technology such as AbInitio, DataStage, Informatica, Python, R Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with database technologies such as DB2, Teradata, Snowflake, AWS Senior Data Engineer (need 2) Hands on, however, more high-level solutioning experience. At this level they expect this candidate to be more senior and have the ability to mentor others. Somone that is enhancing design or integration. Leading complex solutioning with solution architects and principal engineers and data scientists. Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience with Data Integration, Data Warehouses, Operational Data Stores, Data Lakes and Big Data platforms Direct experience with at least one ETL development language/technology such as AbInitio, DataStage, Informatica, Python, R Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with database technologies such as DB2, Teradata, Snowflake, AWS Highly preferred to have candidates with experience in healthcare or insurance. There will be multiple technical interviews.
