From: pankaj, Stellent IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Aris BPM Modeler REMOTE Phone and Skype Long Term Job Description: The Business Process Management (BPM) Lead Analyst/Modeler plays a key role in leading and maintaining the one modeler view within the process repository. The lead analyst is responsible for teaching/mentoring/implementing the art of process modeling with the enterprise process tool and standards. The BPM Modelers primary focus is to ensure that current and future state process models are captured for the assigned initiatives and to train other modelers in the appropriate methods and standards. This role will codify, standardize the process discovery, mapping and BRD documentation. Organization This role reports into the Enterprise Process Management team and works closely within a strategic process pillar to align the process methods and standards with actual capture of process within the repository. In addition, this role works though others at many levels including directors, managers and analysts in order to support enterprise process modeling methods and standards. Required: 4 + years working in process modeling using the EPC (Event-Driven Process Chain) modeling standard. 4+ years working in other process methodologies and tools, including UML and BPMN. Strong Ability to lead process mapping and requirements sessions (2 + years). The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and process drawings and articulate their collective relevance into an enterprise process model. Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business. The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business. Ability to see opportunities and re-engineer a current state process. Considerable ability in oral and written communication. Considerable ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, subordinates and associates. A relevant Degree from an accredited college or university plus three years of progressively responsible experience, OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting on the basis of one year of experience for each year of education. Optional: Experience working within the ARIS suite of software BPM products A broad view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
