Job Description: ROLE: RPA Automation Lead LOCATION: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid) TYPE: Long term contract Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Intelligent Process Automation Lead to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, process optimization, and team leadership. As the Intelligent Process Automation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation and continuous improvement of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and elevate overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Automation Strategy and Vision: Develop a comprehensive strategy for intelligent process automation aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Define a clear roadmap for automation initiatives, identifying high-potential processes suitable for automation. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the automation strategy remains cutting-edge. Process Assessment and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify processes suitable for automation, conducting feasibility assessments and ROI analysis. Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize processes before automation, ensuring they are streamlined and well-documented. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation solutions. Automation Solution Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of automation solutions using relevant technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), machine learning, Deep learning, Chatbot and related AI technology stack. Good to understand AWS and Azure AI stack. Manage automation project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery within agreed-upon parameters. Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the automation development team, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the solutions meet quality standards. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of automation developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams, ensuring a shared understanding of automation goals and progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation projects based on business impact and resource availability. Continuous Improvement and Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation initiatives on operational efficiency and business outcomes. Monitor and analyze automation performance metrics, identifying opportunities for refinement and enhancement. Implement a feedback loop to continuously improve automation solutions and address any bottlenecks or challenges. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (masters preferred). Proven experience (15+ years) in leading intelligent process automation initiatives, including hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and other intelligent automation technologies. Strong understanding of business processes, process reengineering, and process optimization. Proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell) for automation development. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in team leadership or management roles is preferred.
