| From: Rajiv Sharma, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Enterprise Test Lead RemoteAbout the job We are looking for an Enterprise Test Lead to play a significant role in the definition and implementation of testing operations into SAP and other integrated systems by providing sound testing policies, strategies and script development. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas within SAP. This individual will also seek to ensure the optimum utilization of existing Worksoft and HPALM landscape to support projects from across different business units. ABOUT Mostly remote but does require approximately 20% travel. Duration will be from now thru the end of February 2024 We are paying rate plus expenses Qualifications: Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent 7+ years of progressive test automation hands on experience as Manager and/or Senior Analysis level Worked in a consultative and/or IT capacity with at least 5 SAP project implementations of high complexity, large scale and global user base. Basic Knowledge of SAP modules and integrations. Basic knowledge of BW and SAP Security Basic knowledge of HTML Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio). Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies, and change control processes Strong / effective influencing skills Strong / effective problem-solving skills Conceptual to detailed thinking skills Deep understanding of data handling between automation and application The ability to harden automation test scripts to maximize repeatability and minimize maintenance. Quick learner capable of understanding new information, grasping concepts at a rapid pace Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally, and tailor to audience to achieve desired results Candidate should be an active learner that is detail oriented and a proven self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, problem solve, work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, and complete work timely and accurately Preferred Qualifications: Experience using integration tools: Gentran Integration Suite (GIS) / Sterling Integrator Tibco Informatica Process Integration (PI) Experience with Secure Pro for SAP security Experience with Work soft tools such as Certify, Capture, EM/CTM, u Perform and HPALM.
