They must provide technical expertise to Product Managers and the Development Pods. They must understand the privacy & security imperatives and guide the team to maintain compliance. Lastly, they are responsible for defining non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, resilience, etc.) to ensure the scalability and reliability of a given product within a complex ecosystem. They should work closely with Product Managers, engineering managers & POD teams & business project managers to support the implementation and delivery of new and/or enhanced capabilities.
