| Hi All, Job Title: IT Project Manager-Expert Location: Hazelwood, MO Duration: 12 Months Visa Independent only C2C is fine 15+ years exp Description: Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Form and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members. Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals and objectives. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Allocate and optimize resources to meet project demands and timelines. Execution and Monitoring: Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones. Coordinate and facilitate regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. Address issues, roadblocks, and scope changes in a timely manner. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed. Conduct post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned and identify areas for improvement. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate project updates, expectations, and outcomes to various audiences. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Generate regular project status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of IT systems and applicable software development life cycle.
