Role: Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Location: Remote Job Description: 1. Advanced understanding of the two Oracle EBS HRMS modules, (Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Performance management system). 2. Expertise in AOL Setup configuration, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, Personalization, and Concurrent programs incremental load. 3. Good Knowledge of AME setup Creation, Fast Formula, and Oracle PL/SQL for HCM Modules. 4. To be an expert in data and code analysis, design, and performance tuning. 5. Support HRMS modules and custom bolt-on applications - Provide daily support with the resolution of tickets; act as liaison to business/project teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. 6. Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes. 7. End user support, Demonstration of HRMS modules and Processes. 8. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues for both implementation and support Oracle HRMS solutions. 9. Excellent requirements-gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. 10. Proven ability to perform Analysis, Design, Configuration, and Test activities for Oracle HRMS solutions. 11. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and client management. 12. Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, Monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager. 13. Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems. Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables. Good to Have or Added Advantage: 1. relevant experience in HCM Applications with implementation experience in at least 3 end-to-end projects. 2. Expert knowledge of any of the two Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, ORC, Helpdesk) and or/ 3. Expert knowledge of Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization. 4.
